To help teams identify strengths and weaknesses and improve their effectiveness.

What kind of teams should use this evaluation?

Any team that's part of a business organization, from the senior leaders to front-line workers.

What is the minimum and maximum team size?

The minimum team size is four and there is no maximum.

Are the results anonymous?

Yes, we aggregate the results and require at least four respondents for you to view them.

How were the team assessment survey items selected?

They were selected based on extensive research and our experience helping thousands of teams over the past 20 years.

Can I change the survey items?

Yes, in the paid version.

How long does it take to set up the performance evaluation?

Less than 5 minutes.

How long does it take to get the results?

The results are ready as soon as the survey ends, which is usually a week after it starts, to give everyone time to complete it.

What should we do after we get the results?

Meet as a group to discuss the results and get aligned. Then make an action plan by flagging survey items, formulating goals, and scheduling a progress check.

Can I sign up and launch if I'm not the team leader?
